Juanita Lott

Juanita Lott is a director, technology executive (retired), entrepreneur and advisor with specific expertise in enterprise software, governance and human capital management.

Juanita currently serves on the boards of Accion Opportunity Fund, the country’s leading non-profit small business lender and Mercy Investment Services, a social impact investment fund.  She also serves as an advisor to the UC Davis Student Startup Center. She was the founder of Bridgestream Software, a market leader in role management, and was one of the first African American women to found and lead an enterprise software company (acquired by Oracle). She is an investment partner with Portfolia Investments, focusing on women and minority-led early stage ventures. In her work as CHRO, she has overseen human capital management for billion dollar software companies, and has worked as board advisor on issues of executive compensation, executive assessment, succession and globalization.
