Sonam Tsering

As the Communications Associate at The Impact Seat Foundation, Sonam directly assists the Communications Director with tactical support. She effectively leverages her writing abilities to update the company website with the latest thought leadership pieces and company news. Demonstrating her adaptability, she also meticulously crafts blog posts that cater to the Foundation’s unique audience of investors and entrepreneurs. Furthermore, Sonam excels in the creative realm, designing engaging graphics for social media and the Foundation’s monthly e-newsletters, while simultaneously managing and strategically expanding the Foundation’s social media presence.

Prior to her role at The Impact Seat Foundation, Sonam worked at AdvanceLaw, a Mitratech company. As their Administrative Associate, she aided in building relationships with key in-house counsel, identified strong matches for legal support inquiries, and provided administrative support to the remote team. She also assisted with survey intake, data entry, and large data set research regarding law firm performance and legal spend.

Sonam holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a focus on Environmental Sustainability and Global Health. During her time at the American University she worked for numerous non-profit organizations such as The Climate Reality Project, where she worked in Engagement Support.
